We’ll begin with breathwork followed by grounded seated stretches on the floor and a guided relaxation or short sound bath (singing bowls and chimes) to help you unwind completely. \nClass Details:\nWednesdays 11am-12pm\nIn the fitness studio at Regency Clubhouse\nStarting August 6th\, 2025 \nWhat to Bring: \n\nA yoga mat\nblocks &/or bolster if you have them (I’ll bring extras as well)\nBlanket or pillow for comfort\nWater bottle\nOptional: eye pillow or shawl for relaxation\n\nPlease arrive 5–10 minutes early to set up your space and get comfortable. DESCRIPTION:Seated Stretch & Deep Relaxation begins weekly starting Wednesday\, August 6th! \nThis mat-based practice is designed to gently open the body\, calm the nervous system\, and leave you feeling deeply restored. Our practice will emphasize joint mobility and spinal health to have you moving with greater ease\, balance\, and confidence in daily life. We’ll begin with breathwork followed by grounded seated stretches on the floor and a guided relaxation or short sound bath (singing bowls and chimes) to help you unwind completely. \nClass Details:\nWednesdays 11am-12pm\nIn the fitness studio at Regency Clubhouse\nStarting August 6th\, 2025 \nWhat to Bring: \n\nA yoga mat\nblocks &/or bolster if you have them (I’ll bring extras as well)\nBlanket or pillow for comfort\nWater bottle\nOptional: eye pillow or shawl for relaxation\n\nPlease arrive 5–10 minutes early to set up your space and get comfortable.
