DESCRIPTION:This station-based class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels\, with modifications offered to ensure everyone feels successful and challenged. \nParticipants can expect: \n-No choreography\, keeping movements simple and frustration-free \n-Customizable stations\, with options to regress or progress exercises \n-Adjustments in resistance\, repetitions\, or movement difficulty \n-An individual challenge tailored to each participant \n-Stations may be added or removed based on class size and the overall fitness level of those attending. \nSchedule: \n-Date: Every Wednesday \n-Time: 9:30–10:30 a.m. \n-Location: Fitness Studio \nCost: $5 per person\, per classPayment is made directly to Ann Kohl via cash or Zelle.For Zelle payments\, Ann can be found at 512-968-4367. \nAbout the Instructor:Ann Kohl brings over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry\, with a strong focus on senior fitness programming. She has been AFAA-certified as a group exercise instructor throughout her teaching career and has worked with the SilverSneakers® program for approximately 25 years. \nPreviously\, Ann served as an Instructor Coordinator\, where she evaluated instructors and represented the program until the role was eliminated. She now acts as a Program Champion\, representing SilverSneakers at events and meetings\, and continues to teach five SilverSneakers classes each week via Zoom. \nRegister
