DESCRIPTION:This class focuses on stability and balance exercises designed to challenge both the body and mind\, helping improve coordination\, confidence\, and functional movement for everyday activities. \n\nAbout the Instructor:\nAnn Kohl brings over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry\, with a strong focus on senior fitness programming. She has been AFAA-certified as a group exercise instructor throughout her teaching career and has worked with the SilverSneakers® program for approximately 25 years. \n\nPreviously\, Ann served as an Instructor Coordinator\, where she evaluated instructors and represented the program until the role was eliminated. She now acts as a Program Champion\, representing SilverSneakers at events and meetings\, and continues to teach five SilverSneakers classes each week via Zoom.\n\nRegister for the class on the Regency at Montaine app.
