Seated Stretch and Deep Relaxation

Seated Stretch & Deep Relaxation begins weekly starting Wednesday, August 6th!

This mat-based practice is designed to gently open the body, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling deeply restored. Our practice will emphasize joint mobility and spinal health to have you moving with greater ease, balance, and confidence in daily life. We’ll begin with breathwork followed by grounded seated stretches on the floor and a guided relaxation or short sound bath (singing bowls and chimes) to help you unwind completely.

Class Details:
Wednesdays 11am-12pm
In the fitness studio at Regency Clubhouse
Starting August 6th, 2025

What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat
  • blocks &/or bolster if you have them (I’ll bring extras as well)
  • Blanket or pillow for comfort
  • Water bottle
  • Optional: eye pillow or shawl for relaxation

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to set up your space and get comfortable. No experience is needed—just a willingness to relax and care for your body and mind.

Finally, I’ll be offering a zoom option for this class so if you sign up and then you can’t make it into the clubhouse (weather, illness etc) you can join us via zoom or catch the replay afterwards.
