Resident App Training

Get comfortable with the new resident app during this guided, hourlong walkthrough designed to help you make the most of its features. This session will cover how to download and set up the app, add payment methods, sign up for events, and navigate key tools you’ll use throughout the community.
There will be plenty of time for questions, hands-on help, and open discussion. Residents are encouraged to share feedback, flag any concerns, and suggest improvements as everyone gets up to speed together.
Whether you’re brand-new to the app or just want a refresher, this session is a great opportunity to learn, explore, and feel confident using the platform going forward.
