This club is available to Regency at Montaine Residents. Other guests can be added 3 days out if there are no residents on the waitlist. Cost to attend is a refundable $20 deposit per person. Please note that past hosts have guaranteed spots for a year, so each month there are only limited open spots available.
Each month hosts provide 3 to 4 varietals and small food pairings/nibbles to go with each wine.
· After YOU REGISTER FIRST ONLINE stop by the Clubhouse (Monday – Saturday 10 AM-3 PM) to drop off your $20 per participant in an envelope labeled with your name within 10 days of signing up, or by January 10th whichever comes first. If payment isn’t received, your spot goes to the waitlist. Replacements must pay by February 7th or within 48 hours if they signup after February 7th.
· Attendance: Max of 30 people total, including hosts. Club admins will confirm attendance for hosts one week out.
· Refunds & Forfeits: Attend? You get your $20 back. Cancel late or no-show? Your $20 supports the host. Repeated no-shows may lose future event access.
· Need to Cancel? Contact a Wine Club coordinator ASAP so we can fill your spot or adjust purchases. No contact = no-show.
